Mango and Almond Smoothie This delicious smoothie is full of flavourful ingredients. It is perfect to give you energy at breakfast, or just as a snack. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until you have a smooth purée. Serve immediately, very cold, in tall glasses. Vitamin-rich version: Add 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of crushed flaxseed. Add a handful of spinach or kale.
