Remove the zest from 2 oranges.Remove the pith from the oranges and chop the flesh.Put all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until thick and syrupy.Pour chutney in sterilised jars and cool.Seal.

Preparation
