Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 12-count muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
Place pancake mix, smoothie, mango, and oil in a large bowl, stirring to combine. Spoon about 1/3 cup portions of batter into each liner.
In a small bowl, work flour, sugar, and butter together with fingers until crumbly. Mix in vanilla almond cereal.
Sprinkle streusel topping and diced mango evenly over muffin batter.
Bake muffins for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let muffins cool 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
