Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 12-count muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.Place pancake mix, smoothie, mango, and oil in a large bowl, stirring to combine. Spoon about 1/3 cup portions of batter into each liner.In a small bowl, work flour, sugar, and butter together with fingers until crumbly. Mix in vanilla almond cereal.Sprinkle streusel topping and diced mango evenly over muffin batter.Bake muffins for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
