In a large punch bowl, combine lime juice, maple syrup and about 30 mint leaves.
Using a wooden pestle, muddle mint leaves.
Add rum and Montellier mineral water. Stir.
Pour over ice cubes in highball glasses.
Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of lime.
