With lightly oiled hands, shape each portion into a burger and stuff with two wedges of Brie cheese. Let chill in the refrigerator.Preheat the barbecue on high. Oil the grill. Cook the burgers on the grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, occasionally brushing with sauce to add crispness, until fully cooked.Grill the rolls if desired.Spread the bottom of each Croissant Roll with the Sriracha mayonnaise.
