In a glass bowl, marinate turkey breast steaks in lemon juice and maple syrup for about 1 hour. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade and drain well. Place the steaks on the oiled grill and barbecue 3 to 5 minutes per side. Pour sauce ingredients into a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat until desired consistency is reached. Top steaks with sauce.
