For the marinade: In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add the cubed chicken and marinate for 24 hours in the fridge. On each skewer, place a piece of pepper, onion and chicken, and repeat until the skewer is full. Preheat the BBQ to high. Preparation

For the marinade:

On each skewer, place a piece of pepper, onion and chicken, and repeat until the skewer is full.

Preheat the BBQ to high.

Grill the skewers on the barbecue for about 10 minutes, being sure to flip them gently.

Suggestions: Serve with grilled corn on the BBQ.
