In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, Mayochup, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, cumin and pepper.Pat dry skewers; press about 1/3 cup portions of kafta mixture around each skewer and place on a tray.Preheat gas barbeque on high.Grill kaftas for 10 -12 minutes flipping every 3-4 minutes.Serve with mixed green salad and grilled pita if desired.Source: Kraft Heinz

Preparation
