Pre-heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Wrap tortillas in foil. Place in hot oven, then turn oven off.
Spray large non-stick skillet generously with PAM<sup>®</sup> and heat at medium high. Sliver onion and slice mushrooms, adding to pan as you cut. Sliver peppers adding to pan as you cut. Stir until peppers start to soften. Set aside on plate covered in foil to keep warm.
Slice beef against the grain adding to unclean pepper pan. Stir until browned then stir in sauce.
Layer each tortilla with cooked beef then pepper blend and sauce. Wrap it up.
