Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Mix stuffing ingredients together in a glass bowl. Make a pocket in the centre of each chicken breast, fill with stuffing and close with a toothpick or a small wooden skewer. Place stuffed chicken breasts on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil, fold up foil and seal. Barbecue 10 to 15 minutes.
