In a pan, heat the oil on medium and add the bread. Stir regularly while the bread grills for a few minutes. Add the smoked paprika, turn the heat off and set aside on a plate.In the same pan, grill the halloumi cheese on medium until it is a golden brown.While it cooks, whisk all the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and set aside.Serve all the fruits and vegetables in a large salad bowl.
