Preheat the oven to 218 °C (425 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, green onions, ginger, chilies, coriander, egg, panko, sesame oil, fish sauce and 60 ml (1/4 cup) of hoisin sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.Make 4-6 mini loaves and place on baking sheet. When loaves are cooked, baste with remaining hoisin sauce. Cover with foil for 5 minutes.Serve meat loaves immediately with Jasmin rice and sautéed vegetables (bok-choy, carrots, broccoli, peppers, Chinese cabbage, etc.).Source : Le Dindon du Québec
