Mix all the ingredients, check the seasoning and set aside. In a bowl, mix flour, cumin, salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the egg with the water. In a third bowl, place the sesame seeds. Lightly flour the filets, dip them in the egg. Cover with sesame seeds. In a frying pan, place the butter and oil, cook the filets, turning them when half-cooked after 3 to 4 minutes. Cook the other side of the filets 3 to 4 more minutes. Serve with a drizzle of lime juice and yogurt and cucumber sauce.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, check the seasoning and set aside.
