Preheat the oven425°F (220°C).In a bowl, mix the diced meat, the cheese, the olives, the green onions and the jalapeno pepper.Place half of the tortilla chips in a large ovenproof plate and put half of the toppings.Put the other half of the tortilla chips and the topping.Cook in the oven during 10 to 12 minutes.Serve with salsa and guacamole.
