Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again. Combine pasta, cheese, tomatoes and basil in large bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients, then add to pasta. Toss well to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with whole wheat rolls and butter.

    bowtie pasta
  • 10 oz
    (300 g)
    canadian gouda, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) long sticks
  • 1,5 cups
    (375 mL)
    sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    thinly-sliced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    sour cream
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    pesto
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    mayonnaise
