Heat Puttanesca sauce over medium-low heat.
Stir in tuna and olives and cook over low heat. Add diced zucchini if desired.
Meanwhile, cook pasta «al dente» in a big pot of boiling water and drain.
Spoon sauce over the pasta and serve immediately.
