Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.Add pasta and potatoes; cook 7 minutes.Add broccoli and cauliflower; cook until pasta is tender yet firm, about 5 minutes. Drain well.Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep skillet.Add garlic, red pepper flakes and onion; cook 5 minutes.Add diced sausages, tomatoes, salt and pepper.Cook 5 minutes, uncovered, until thickened.Combine with pasta mixture.Toss with cheese and parsley.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
