Preheat the oven to 500°F / 250°C. Stretch the pizza dough to cover a 12 in. (30 cm) diameter oiled pizza pan. Top with tomatoes, ham, anchovies, smoked Caciocavallo cheese, artichokes, mushrooms, olives, garlic and oregano. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil. Bake at 500°F / 250°C about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 500°F / 250°C.

Stretch the pizza dough to cover a 12 in. (30 cm) diameter oiled pizza pan.
