In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add dissolved yeast and knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 min.
Divide dough into three balls and rub each one with some olive oil. Cover with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for 1 hr. to rise.
With a rolling pin, roll out the three pizzas. Add desired toppings.
Bake each pizza at 400°F/200°C for 25-30 min.
These light wines are characterised by their simple fruity aromas, the sensation of freshness they leave, and their unassuming structure. They must be consumed young.
