Preheat the barbecue to medium. Brush chops with oil. Cook 6 to10 minutes, turning from time to time. In a frying pan, put butter and garlic, brown over medium heat; add sauerkraut, apricots with juice, prunes with juice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Serve garnish on a plate topped with the pork chops.

    sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

    dried apricots (soaked in 1/2 cup / 125 ml water)

    dried pitted prunes (soaked in 1/2 cup / 125 ml water)

Preparation
