Preheat the barbecue to medium. In a pan, brown garlic in butter/oil. Add pineapple, soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Cook 2 minutes. Add sugar and ketchup. Stir well. Add chicken broth and season. Bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch dissolved in cold water and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Brush pork tenderloins with sauce and grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Baste often while cooking.

Preparation
