Prepare the marinade.
Pour the marinade over the tournedos and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
In a saucepan, combine the port wine, the brown sugar, the mustard and the raspberries.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
Purée with a mixer and set aside the raspberry sauce.
Cook the tournedos on the BBQ or sauté in a pan.
Serve the tournedos, dressed with the raspberry sauce, on a bed of mixed lettuces or with your choice of vegetables.
