    (4 x 90 to 120 g)
    slices of turkey breast
  • crab stuffing:

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    canned crab meat
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    pitted black olives halved
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    cheddar cheese finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh chopped parsley

  • Zest of an orange
  • 2
    cloves garlic grated
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
