Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Put tart shells on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 min. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix eggs and milk together, season and set aside.
Divide ham and green onion among the tart shells, add egg mix and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15-20 min.
