Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a skillet, heat oil and cook onion, garlic and red pepper on medium for 3 min. Transfer vegetables to pie crust. Add spinach and pollock. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cheese, dill, salt and pepper together.
Pour over vegetables.
Bake about 50 min.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
