Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C. In a bowl, dilute cornstarch in cold water. In a pan, put all filling ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and remove from heat. Add nut, mix well and pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 400°F / 200°C 15 to 20 minutes.

Preparation
