Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stems if necessary. Season and marinate the mushrooms with the shallots in vinegar and oil. Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.Salmon burgersIn a bowl, mix all the ingredients and shape 4 burgers. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the burgers in oil and butter for 3 to 4 minutes per side.In another frying pan, heat the oil and butter over medium high heat. Sauté the mushrooms and stir several times. Season and garnish each burger bun with some tartar sauce, a salmon burger, some mushrooms and lettuce.

Preparation
