Place the salmon fillet in an airtight bag and add the marinade. Marinate overnight. Spray salmon fillet on both sides with Irresistibles olive oil spray. Grill over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until flesh is opaque. Flake salmon coarsely. Fill 10 Selection hard taco shells with shredded romaine lettuce, chopped green onions, chopped coriander and flaked salmon (about 50 g per taco). Garnish with lime wedges and serve with Selection salsa.
