In a bowl, mix all the herbs and spices together.In a heavy-botomed frying pan, heat the olive oil to medium-high.Place the barramundi into the seasoning.Carefully place the barramundi into the oil.The spices will go black. Once the spices have changed colour, turn over and continue cooking the fish for 3 to 6 minutes, depending on the thickness. Set aside and keep warm.SaladIn a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté all the ingredients, except for the feta.Toss in the feta, and spoon onto a serving plate.Place the fish on top, drizzling with olive oil.

Preparation

Place the barramundi into the seasoning.

Carefully place the barramundi into the oil.

Salad

In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté all the ingredients, except for the feta.

Toss in the feta, and spoon onto a serving plate.

Place the fish on top, drizzling with olive oil.
