Preheat oven to 350°F.Add all ingredients, except wings and garnishes to a measuring cup. Whisk to combine well.Place wings in a large plastic bag or bowl.Pour 2/3 of marinade over top of wings and mix to coat evenly. Let marinate for 20 minutes.Double line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper. Spread wings onto baking tray and bake for 50 minutes, basting with reserved marinade after 25 and 40 minutes.Optional: before serving, baste again with Spicy Chili Miso.
