In a large sauté pan, heat the butter. Add the green curry paste and ginger. Simmer until the flavours are released. Add the squash and brown for 5 minutes over high heat. Add the chicken, shrimp and coconut milk. Cook uncovered for 7 minutes. Stir, then add the basil leaves, reserving a few as a garnish. Serve.
