In a bowl, drizzle steak with 1/2 the olive oil and massage the mixed spices all over steak. Let it marinate for 10 minutes (or overnight to enhance flavours). Preheat BBQ or cast-iron grill pan on high heat. Grill steaks for 5 minutes on each side (for medium rare) or longer if desired, then let meat rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Prepare ingrédients. Cut watermelon into cubes. Slice the onion. Chop mint. Slice the steaks against the grain. In a large bowl mix together vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
