Transfer uniformly mixture to a plate and refrigerate. Cut hardened butter into preferred shapes. Keep pieces refrigerated until time to serve.
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Put strip loin steaks on the grill and cook 3-5 min. per side to desired degree of doneness.
