In a blender, mix one quart strawberries (stems removed) with 1 cup (250 mL) ice water.
Add 2 cups (500 mL) water, 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) of brown sugar and a few drops of rose water.
To serve, garnish with a sprinkling of cracked peppercorns.
