Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the baguette into thin slices, oil and season them. Place on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Cut the strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes and shallot into 1 cm cubes. Chop the herbs (except the Greek basil). Put the fruits, vegetables and herbs in a bowl. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon zest and juice. Add seasonings and mix well. Place one spoonful of bruschetta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Repeat and enjoy.

Preparation
