Mix together all the marinade ingredients. Set aside 1/3 of the marinade. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator
for 30 to 60 minutes.
Preheat the barbecue to high.
Place the steak on the grill and cook for 8 minutes.
Turn the meat and continue cooking at medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes (or to desired doneness).
To finish, pour the reserved marinade over the meat.
These medium-bodied wines are characterised by their smooth tannins that usually confer a certain roundness. They are often dominated by a nose of ripe fruit or woody notes (toast, coffee or vanilla).
