For the lemon, garlic, thyme, and tarragon butter:Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.For the chicken:Preheat the oven to 350°F.Insert the herb and garlic butter underneath the chicken skin around the breasts and thighs.Place the chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over and inside the chicken.Place half a lemon inside the chicken.Pour the chicken broth in the dish. Spread the garlic, tarragon, thyme, and other half of the lemon all around the chicken.
