Separate the eggs, placing whites in a bowl and setting aside 3 yolks.Using a hand mixer beat egg whites into firm peaks, adding sugar gradually. Set aside.Melt chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Add butter, and then stir in the 3 egg yolks. Add yogurt and mix until silky smooth. Cool. Do not over mix or mousse will be grainy.Using a spatula, gently fold beaten egg whites into chocolate until completely incorporated. Spoon mousse into dessert glasses. Cover and refrigerate.
