Dessert shells: Cut the shell cakes into small cubes and set aside. Lime whipped cream: In a large bowl, add the cream, honey, lime zest. Use an electric mixer to whip until stiff peaks form. Assembly: Add a thin layer of whipped cream in the bottom of 5 mason jars. Add a few cake cubes. Add a bit more whipped cream and the fruit salad. Repeat these steps twice more.
