Put chops in a dish. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours. Meanwhile, mix three-pepper salad ingredients together and let stand. Drain chops and cook about 3-4 minutes per side If cooking on BBQ: (medium heat) cook about 5-8 minutes per side Top each chop with a slice of blue cheese before serving.
