Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C.
Use 1 tsp. (5 mL) oil or spray to lightly oil baking tray (approximately 10 x 15 in. / 25 x 38 cm tray).
Press out pizza dough evenly to all corners of tray.
Spread pizza sauce across dough.
Evenly sprinkle pineapple pieces, followed by Yves Veggie Bacon, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Drizzle remaining 2 tsp. (10 mL) olive oil (if using) along edge of pizza dough.
Bake for 16 minutes or until crust is golden brown. (If using ready-made shell, follow package directions for baking.)
Cut into 3 in. (7,5 cm) squares.
These light wines are characterised by their simple fruity aromas, the sensation of freshness they leave, and their unassuming structure. They must be consumed young.
