Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.In a bowl, mix graham crumbs and butter together.Pat crumb mixture into bottom of a 9-in. (22-cm) springform pan.In another bowl, beat cheese and sugar until smooth.Add eggs one at a time, stirring just enough to blend them in.Pour over graham crust.Stir in hot raspberry jam for marbled effect.Bake 40 min or until centre is almost firm.Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hrs. or overnight.Decorate with raspberries, fresh mint and a dollop of COOL WHIP. Sprinkle with grated Baker's chocolate.
