Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium sized shallow saucepan.
Quickly bring to a boil. Cover with lid and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove lid and reduce liquid to a glaze (2 - 4 minutes).
Add butter and chopped dill.
Garnish with fresh dill.
Season to taste.
