Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium sized shallow saucepan.Quickly bring to a boil. Cover with lid and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.Remove lid and reduce liquid to a glaze (2 - 4 minutes).Add butter and chopped dill.Garnish with fresh dill.Season to taste.
