Brown sausage meat in oil and butter. Remove and cool. In the same frying pan, sauté mushrooms and onions until onions are glassy. In a glass bowl, combine remaining stuffing ingredients, except chicken bouillon, with the cooled sausage meat. Cool stuffing thoroughly in the refrigerator before stuffing the turkey. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Stuff turkey with cooled stuffing. Place turkey in a roasting pan in the bottom and pour the chicken broth. Roast at 180°C/350°F allowing 55 to 60 minutes per kg (25 to 30 minutes per lb.).
