Butter the bread slices. Line the edges of the bread slices with alfalfa or other sprouts. Cut the ham slices in squares. Place 3 asparagus tips diagonnaly across each square and roll up the meat. Use a decorative toothpick to hod the ham roll together. Place two ham rolls diagonnaly on each piece of toast. Garnish with a little mayonnaise or yogurt. Place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve immediately. Delicious with a glass of vegetable juice. Property of Multi-Marques.
