In a large pot, combine tomato sauce with rum, water, brown sugar, hot pepper flakes, allspice and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, add ribs, cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 45 minutes. Preheat oven to broil. Remove ribs and reserve sauce. Broil ribs 3 - 4 minutes per side, basting them often with reserved sauce. Take ribs out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving. Serve with tabbouleh and grilled zucchini.
