Heat the oil in a skillet or wok.Sauté the onion a few minutes on high heat. Add the beef strips and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked.Set aside.Brown the vegetables in the wok for 3 to 4 minutes.Add the beef to the wok and mix with the vegetables.Mix the chicken bouillon, lemon juice, soy sauce, parsley, lemon zest and ginger in a small bowl. Add to the wok.Mix constantly until the sauce thickens slightly. Season.

Preparation

Heat the oil in a skillet or wok.
