In a shallow pan, combine all marinade ingredients and add the cubes of blue marlin. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Preheat the barbecue to medium. On skewers, place the fish pieces alternating with the vegetables. Cook 5-6 min. per side. Turn only once during cooking. Place the brochettes on a bed of mesclun and serve with rice.

Preparation
