    (45 ml)
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    lemon rind, grated
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    fresh basil, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh blue marlin steaks cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes

  • 12
    red onion quarters
  • 8
    orange and yellow peppers
  • 8
    red cherry tomatoes

Preparation
