In a pot of boiling salted water, place the broccoli florets and boil for a couple of minutes until somewhat soft. Once your ideal consistency is reached, remove broccoli from hot water and move to iced water to cool down.Drain the broccoli and put into a food processor. Add in the sour cream, Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread, lemon juice, oregano, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.Serve with a variety of crackers.
