In 4 plates, arrange peach slices in flower formation.
In a pan, heat cream, egg yolks and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens (about 15 minutes). Spoon 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) over each peach flower. Broil a few seconds to brown.
Melt chocolate and milk together in the microwave. Pour over broiled peaches.
